During the six month contract with Roberts of Ilkeston; Martin operated with the highest levels of trust and integrity that delivered process, leadership and behavioural change in the management and operating teams during a period of complex business re-engineering and investment. This involved commissioning a new line and establishing a new process and moving to a three crew operation over 144 hours per week with new employees within a six month period.
Martin was a key leader and enabler that supported our business through a transformational period that resulted in the delivery of quality, customer service and a sustainable operation working to a higher standard of leadership and behaviours.
